Mrs Kim Carter has been a staff member at Holy Rosary since 2008. Prior to that, Kim worked in the secondary setting for 4 years. Academically, Kim has completed her Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) and Bachelor of Education (Dual-recognition), of which she majored in Health and Psychology.
